For the fifth year on the run PJ Leisure are pleased to support the refugee world cup held at Albert Park Salford, this event is held by Manchester refugee support network (MRSN) it is a celebration which provides a week where by people are recognised for there contribution to the refugee community, this can include helping to organise and promote cross cultural sports and arts activities during the the previous year.
If you enjoy football there's no need to switch the TV on for the Women's World cup final there's an alternative to Wembley stadium., come on down to Albert park for Salford's own world cup where you can see teams from all over the world, the tournament will take place between 09:45 and 16:00 hours with many free attractions including bouncy castles, Inflatable slides, Greater Manchester Fire Service will be there with there event fire engine, Bands with live Music, Red Cross and Amnesty International plus many more attractions.
(MRSN) do some fantastic work including meeting the needs of asylum seekers, education and training, support and promote, develop skills, support and promote mental health with in the larger community
This is a fantastic event and i would encourage people to take there family out for the day to Albert Park for what will be a great days entertainment and its FREE.
