OMG these guys were amazing! Absolutely fantastic service - very friendly and prompt in response which was so reassuring. We arranged a unicorn bouncy castle which was just lovely on arrival. Completely professional service with full paperwork and safety regulations all in place. The bouncy castle was very clean on arrival but they still did a full clean once set up. We had the best day!!     We have been using PJ Leisure for a number of years at Ordsall Festival and we have always been pleased with the service received. We always receive prompt and courteous communications and on the day of the festival, the bouncy castles and the site team always arrive in plenty of time to have the equipment up and running in time for the start of the festival. They ensure the equipment is operated in a safe manner and promptly dismantle and clear all their equipment away at the end of the festival. They have worked with us to ensure they play a part in the continued year on year success of our annual community festival.

    But after the service i have just received from PJ Leisure, feel as though i must pass on my thanks and experience to anyone else in the area looking for a castle. It was main worry for my twins birthday that the castle thing would be a nightmare, but from turning up, setting up, safety advice, positioning, cleanliness, mega helpful attitude and a 'nothing was too much trouble' attitude, the day went brilliantly with the one big hassle taken care of by someone else!!
