Bouncy castle Legal & Safety Implications
PJ Leisure will no longer be providing Bouncy Castles or inflatables that infringe on other companies copyright such as Peppa Pig, Paw Patrol, Frozen, Minions, Sponge Bob, PJ Mask and Scooby Doo. We have had to take this Action, at the Owners request regarding trade mark rights, we have immediately cease and desist infringing the intellectual property rights of the Owner. We understand this may not be what our customers want to hear however this is to prevent PJ Leisure & our customers being potentially taken to court with the possibility of having to pay expensive legal costs. All reputable companies are legally bound by these laws.

At PJ Leisure we will however still be providing brand new Bouncy castles and Inflatables that do not infringe on other companies infringement of its intellectual property we have therefore recently purchased Jungle theme, Under water world theme, Unicorn theme, Disco themed Bouncy castles & also our new Giant inflatable slide.
PIPA & the Future
All our new products will fall under the HSE legislation, conforming to all copyright laws and have current PIPA test & regulations which is also a legal requirement for inflatable hire companies ( The inflatable play industry will, over the next 3 years, see some major changes driven by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). The HSE have asked PIPA to be the 'voice' of the industry and PIPA has prepared a three year plan to meet the HSE requirements ) PJ Leisure will as always abide by these latest safety regulations with the HSE & PIPA therefore all our PIPA test certificates for our inflatables will be online on our website for our customers to inspect, we are one of only a handful of companies who provide PIPA certificates online, and of course we will have all our products insured with £5 million pound public liability.
