It is being organised by Steve Murray in the memory of his daughter, Georgia, and will be held on sunday May 3
Acts will perform throughout the day and fairground rides and a Ferris wheel will be set up at the Ellesmere Sports Club.
It is in aid of Georgia's Children of the World, a charity that funds children's projects around the globe and locally.
This event was set up by Steve following the loss of Georgia, 19, five years ago due to a heart condition.
Steve was a frontman of 70s Manchester link band - Fast Cars.
His passion, combined with tremendous support from friends, family and local businesses, have made G-Festival a growing success story.
Last year 3000 people attended and it helped support new projects including building Georgia's first school - Which will educate more than 100 children in a remote region of Cambodia

Other projects it has supported during the past 12 months include: winter food parcels for children in Romania, water wells for communities in Cambodia and a school uniform project that has provided free uniforms for children in Manchester and Salford.
It is also supporting local children who have lost a parent in tragic circumstances.
Steve said: “I am overwhelmed by the support G-Festival has built-up over the past four years. What started as a relatively small-scale event for friends, family and the community has really taken-off and now attracts thousands.
“It is fantastic to have some of the region’s new music acts performing at G-Festival and showcase local talent – while raising important funds in Georgia’s name, for children at home and around the world.”
G-Festival 15 will take place at Ellesmere Sports Club in Worsley on Sunday, May 3 from noon until late.
There will be live entertainment throughout, plus fun for the children in the afternoon.
The event will feature a children’s football tournament, with 40 teams from Manchester and Salford planning to take part. There will also be a performance from Salford Red Devils’ Cheerleaders, the troop Georgia danced with.
Local bands interested in performing at the event can get in touch with the charity via info@georgiaschildren.com
